Using a folder for our files is ideal. Having sets of different color for the folders is a better idea so we could identify which files are inside. Putting a label on it will help you keep your files arranged and it will reduce the chances of losing or misplacing the files. This way could also help us have a dirt-free desk.
Sustainability - You probably dont want to have to replace the furniture anytime soon, so make sure it will sustain your business through anticipated changes and growth at least for the first few years. Flexibility - Can you rearrange and reconfigure? Is it free-standing and modular? Function - Do you need desk storage space? Drawers? Are people sharing the tables in shifts or are they individualized? Or will the tables be for beauty and design - not necessarily so functional? Maybe its an office "coffee" table to magazines, flyers, etc. Plenty to consider here.
Space - Do you have excessive floor space or little nooks and crannies where you have to fit an entire team? Layout - Are you planning a cubicle based system or offices where the desks themselves can be more robust and personalized? Personal taste - Do you like metal, wood, or a combination of materials? Budget - Do you have money to burn (yeah, we can dream) or is the budget kind of reeking its way toward the dry end?
